First of all, we want to say Congratulations! Congratulations on giving yourself some self-love and taking your goals into your own hands!
We are looking forward to meeting you at your Cryo Consult and getting you moving toward your goals. If we are able to show you how you can reach your goals and there is time available to get you started on your first session, there are a few tips that we want you to keep in mind so that you can take full advantage of this first session and begin seeing the same great results that others see!
- AVOID ALL Sugar 4-5 hours BEFORE your session (sugar, honey, artificial sweeteners, etc)
- AVOID exercise directly before your session. Exercising before will make it harder to cool the body and complete effective slimming outcomes.
- AVOID carbs 4-5 hours BEFORE your session (pasta, rice, bread, cereal, etc.)
The cold weakens and retracts your adipocyte (fat storage cell) – if you consume sugars…those sugars will return immediate energy to these cells, so apoptosis (cell death) effect will be less efficient and can even be canceled rendering your session ineffective.
- AVOID Sugar 2 hours AFTER session
- The Lymphatic System takes 15 days to complete an entire cycle, so results will continue to improve over the 2 weeks following the session.
- Additional Slimming Sessions can be scheduled every two weeks
For best results, maintaining and incorporating health lifestyle choices with diet, stress, sleep, and movement will set you up for the best success.
AND...as with all good healthy living choices...drink plenty of WATER!
